The Band program at Whitewater High School boasts a successful Marching Band Program. The Wildcat Marching Band consistently receives Superior Ratings, class and caption awards and has earned ten Grand Championships in the past eight years. In 2009 the Wildcat Marching Band played at the battleship Missouri in Pearl Harbor and performed for servicemen and women at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. In 2014 they were a featured Band at Disney World's Magic Kingdom in the "Electric Light Street Parade". In 2012 and 2016 the Wildcat Marching Band traveled to Dublin, Ireland to perform in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade Celebration. In 2016 the Wildcat Marching Band was named Grand Champions of the at both the "Superbowl of Sound" Competition hosted by Central-Carroll High School and the "Eagle's Nest Invitational" Competition hosted by Collins Hill High School. The Wildcat Marching Band was also named Grand Champion at the 2018 "Superbowl of Sound." In 2019, the Wildcat Marching Band was named Grand Champions of Northwest Georgia Marching Band Championship hosted at Cass High School. In 2022, The Band attended a Bands of America Regional for the first time in school history in Powder Springs, Georgia. The Band was named a Regional Finalist and received the Outstanding Visual Performance Award for Class AA. The Band was also the Class AA 2nd Place Champion. The Band was also named the 2021 Grand Champion at the Sprayberry Invitational. In 2022, the Whitewater High School Marching Band was a Regional Finalist at the Bands of America East Tennessee Regional and the Grand Champion of the Lafayette Marching Classic.
